Worst and Best Companies in the US? Let’s rate them "Consumer"?

March 18th, 2010 | by admin |

I am tire of getting bad goods and services from bad companies. I think that "we" the consumers have the power to decide where we spend our money. Some times, I have the sense that big companies believe that they are Untouchable by a single unsatisfied consumer. From my perspective, Ratings from 0 to 10:

Worst Companies:
Circle K: No Restrooms, Poor Costumer service, poor establishment conditions, Many homeless on some locations. Rating: 3

Sprint: long waits for costumer service, Not good national coverage area, Charges extra fees and international calls problems, many lawsuits from costumers. Rating: 3

Best Companies:

QuickTrip: Great costumer service, Clean, many Pumps, restrooms, options in food and groceries. Rating: 9

Walt Mart: Clean, Find almost anything, quality products. Rating: 8

Safeway: Clean, quality products: 8

Now is your time to rate your companies.

you might want to ask this question in polls are surveys.

this is really more a place to ask finance/ investment related questions.

I agree and I started to boycott companies with bad customer service and policies about 10 years ago by not spending my almighty dollars there. One exception is my health insurance company because I have no choice, it is the best of the worst I have to choose from, but at least I have a good choice in providers.

    Here are my company choices:
    Good Companies:

Cox Communications: Bundled service saves $$, good customer service and technical assistance, corrects billing errors and has great dispute resolution, sends coupons for free movies, gets technicians out to resolve problems quickly:8

Scripps Healthcare: Runs necessary tests, works with insurance to get coverage, accurate billing, great doctors and facilities, takes medical problems seriously and treats the whole person, great patient care

Stater Brothers Grocery Stores: Clean, great prices, large variety of produce, great meat and seafood counter service, well managed: 9

ATT: Worst customer service, long wait times to even get customer service, once you get customer service employees aren’t empowered to resolve problems and speak poor English so they are difficult to understand, expensive plans, make billing errors that they won’t correct, poor technical assistance: 1

Palomar Pomerado Health care: horrible, filthy facility, incompetent doctors, make constant billing errors and doesn’t work with insurance, won’t run tests, treats symptoms, poor patient care: 1
