    @ZosoMetalWizard me …
    @ZosoMetalWizard me too, for the lolz. The bridge would probably explode, the neck snap, frets shoot out like bullets and pickups and bad wiring generate it’s own hyper magnetic field, imploding on themselves like miniture black holes.

    yeah, either that …
    yeah, either that guy is misinformed, or he’s full of shit. it’s impossible to get a high A string up to pitch on a 30 inch scale neck. mine’s 24 and i barely was able to do it… so um yeah not sure what he’s sayin there…

    @patinhiselement it …
    @patinhiselement it should still be enough for heavy shit, but these guitars are made for theory guitarists i guess…. or wankers who just like to take things over the top to get the heaviest chug note they can and keep chugging coz they dont know what to do with it :L

    10 strings sound …
    10 strings sound wicked sick, but after getting one to the higher rated 8-strings, its the low string buzz that would worry me-seems like a longer scale would help, but thats why I’m goin one string up. A 9 string tuned in fourths seems like the perfectly maxed out guitar 2 me, but now I must have a 10-string arrrggggghhh!!

    I’d tune the high six to standard, and the low 4 to maybe an open minor chord or something.

    @FRr3AkOnALEaSh I’m definitely sure it’s C#F#B EADGBE A. And those who can’t see how this would be useful…clearly you play rock or metal. A classical, jazz or touchstyle guitarist would know what to do with one =p (I’m one, I’d love a 10 string)

    @ZmetalmanZ Maybe …
    @ZmetalmanZ Maybe if you guys watch someone like Michael Coppola play 7,8,9, and 10 string guitars…maybe …just maybe …that would put things in perspective for you about using range versus non range style instruments since they can be used very differently than an accompying style non range instrument versus full range like an 88 key piano wich can be breathtaking and just as heavy as any guitar.

    Yeah, I’ll just stick with a 6 string.
    Some bands can make some amazing with 7 or even 8 string guitars (Meshuggah), but this is crazy haha.
