What are people’s reactions to misleading products?

There are many sites with consumer reviews and also websites that have dealt with phone companies, customer service and retail stores. I will rarely find a product that is misleading. If a customer had read all the fine print, then the only one that mislead them were themselves. You buy at your own risk, and that’s why most stores let you return their products.
